The Strike Force Experience

Strike Force Solutions got its start when two old buddies—Joseph and Scott—decided to team up. Joseph is a retired school administrator, science teacher, and lifelong remodeler, while Scott brings 40 years of experience in remodeling and disaster remediation to the table.

When Scott asked Joseph to get his Residential Building Code Certification to help expand his business, we had no idea how quickly that training would be put to the test.

Shortly after, a friend called us in a panic. He’d been caught remodeling without a permit, and the City of San Antonio’s Developmental Services "Strike Force" compliance division had just issued a Cease & Desist order.

Strike Force Solutions stepped in and waded through the bureaucratic maze to get the order resolved. Today, as a certified agent & delegate, Joseph knows exactly how to navigate the City of San Antonio’s system. We handle the headaches for you—pulling permits, meeting with inspectors, and making sure your project gets back on track legally and safely.
